Actually, that press release was obviously written very carefully.
In a subtle sort of sense, I could add even more to it. They're the
first operating system to not limit you to 56 or 64 bit encryption,
but to 128 bit encryption.
We do not place such limits.
OpenBSD... unlimited cryptography.
