I tried to reply (for off-list comments and question). It bounced due to
your anti-spam. I (think) I followed the steps. It didn't work.

I tried several times.

It took me more that ten minutes to write (phone call) so I decided to
start again since it says you have to do it within ten minutes. Twice.

Then SSL certificate was expired. Then CGI returned "You must fill out all
fields to send me a message. Please try again."

All fields were completed.

And that also happened twice.

Also, I have a similar setup for blocking email except from known senders
for a few people:

There are several other solutions, like TMDA.
