First, please accept my apologies. You're the first person I know
of who wasn't able to make it through the Web form...though I
suppose I wouldn't know about others who didn't use an out-of-band
method to contact me.

reedmedia.net is now in my whitelist, so you can send as much mail
as you like from that domain.

I've wondered about the ideal amount of time. I didn't intend for
the Web form to be for long, involved messages, only ``let me in''
ones. I'll increase the time limit to twenty minutes and add a
reminder to that effect...done, and done.

Gahk! It's been a year *already*? Time to generate a new
key...done

Strange. I tested that one extensively. The only time I've ever
been able to get that to appear was, well, when one of the fields
was left blank. Name, address, subject, and body. This one truly
puzzles me.

That's essentially what I've done, except that I used Mail::Audit
instead of exim. What you were having trouble with was my webmail
form. It's a pretty vanilla webmail form except for the timeout,
which seems to be the part that did the most damage. It's intended
to stem the damage should a bot start pounding mercilessly at the
script.

Yeah, I've looked at many (most?) of them. most are much too
complicated. Mail::Audit is simple.

In any event, thanks much for the heads-up. If you're willing to
help me check for remaining problems, please let me know--as I
said, mail from reedmedia.net is now unimpeded.
