T-shirt orders

While I was away on vacation I apparently suffered a partial headcrash on a
crucial disk drive: the one with all of my mail on it. So I've probably
irrevocably lost the messages of those who wanted T-shirts.

I have ~dozen orders sitting on my floor just awaiting your money before I
send them on (one of them is rather large - 10shirts + cd's). As far as I
know everyone who has sent me money has already received their shirts.

For those who haven't finished the transaction, I need for you to send in
your money as well as your orders again please.
