After issueing halt -p, system reboots. Other, nameless, Non-OpenBSD
systems running on the same Intel 810 motherboard, have sucessfully
shutdown the system before. (Feature is present on this chipset).
dmesg output below is for custom kernel, however, same behavior
is exhibited while using GENERIC (valid and tested).
