Upgrade to OpenBSD3.0

Hi:

I ran command: `cvs get -rOPENBSD_3_0 src/sys` , compiled the kernel 3.0 on a 2.9 machine successfully.
Reboot the machine with new 3.0 bsd, it runs fine. However, at least 2 programs failed to run: ps and top.
1. ps: 
	ps: proc size mismatch (1392 total, 692 chunks)
2. top: 
	return nothing.

My question are:
1. How to upgrade the machine from 2.9 to 3.0
2. How do I install OpenBSD3.0 from scratch? The installation guide from the WEB is written
for 2.8. Does it apply for 3.0 also?
