3.0 cd is missing index.txt

Hi guys,

The cd  I received is missing index.txt in /3.0/i386/ .  Most of my installs 
are through html(clients do not have cdroms) and without this file http 
installs over my internal network become much more difficult.  Workaround is 
to drop to command line during install and hand copy files to the local hard 
drive. This solution is not  acceptable on small hard drives.  

Local installs are fine. 

Other than that I am happy as a clam. Keep up the good work.
