quadra 700 panic (HELP) installing openBSD3.0

Hi
I am trying to install OpenBSD on a Quadra 700 and I follow the 
instruction on the CD aswell as on www.openbsd.org.
But when booting i get panic, here is my report.




Quadra 700 68 MB RAM 2GB disk.
OpenBSD 3.0 (I bought the CD`s!)

says init not found
panic= no init
