named (stock configuration) repeatedly complains about failures on
listen on UDP socket. wi0 is there, IPv4 address on wi0 is there.
they are assigned after named starts up.
bind9 code should be able to cope with the situation (i'm changing
IPv4 address while running named on netbsd), so the problem should be
in chroot'ing.
