>Description:
Quite suddenly in the last two weeks or so my previously functional
Symbios SC-875 card (NCR 53c875 based) has ceased to work with
OpenBSD. Fortunately all that is attached to it is a Win98 SCSI disk,
a ZIP Plus drive and my CD burner. Unfortunately this meant it went
for a few days to a couple of weeks before I noticed the problem. I
have been tracking current, with tree updates/rebuilds every week.

All of these devices continue to function when I boot to Win98 on
the SCSI disk attached to the SC-875.

During the boot I see the messages

CACHE TEST FAILED: ncr wrote 2, host read 1.
	CACHE INCORRECTLY CONFIGURED.

During power up the card reports seeing all the scsi devices I have
	attached:

>How-To-Repeat:
	Boot with SC-875 installed.

Unknown, other than buy a newer, better card!
