Just realized that you *did* include dmesg output. I am looking
at it now. Boy I feel like a real moron. Sorry about that. As it turns
out if my previous advice does not work (and it may not having looked at
your dmesg) you may need to turn to a higher power (or just one that has
more of a clue). Sorry again.
