Question about DoS

I was wondering, I was just reading on securiyfocus.com of a
vulnerability in the IP stack utilized in OpenBSD r2.5 (the one I'm
using.) The following is the information behind it:
bugtraq id                  622
 object                       setsockopt() (syscall)
 class Failure to Handle Exceptional Conditions
 cve                           GENERIC-MAP-NOMATCH
 remote                      No
 local                         Yes
 published                  September 05, 1999
 updated                    September 09, 1999
 vulnerable                 FreeBSD FreeBSD 3.2
                                 NetBSD NetBSD 1.4
                                 OpenBSD OpenBSD 2.5
 not vulnerable            BSDI BSD/OS 4.0.1SMP

They also said that there is no known fix. Is this true? Is this fixed
in r2.6?
