2.6: Where'd my HD go?

I installed OpenBSD 2.5 on an old Pentium last fall, figuring to use it to
get a feel for the OS and use it as a firewall for my home LAN. Got it all
installed just peachy, then didn't have time to look at it again until now.

Since I hadn't done anything beyond installing, I decided to blast it clean
and install 2.6. The 2.6 boot disk seems to have trouble recognizing my
circa-1994 system's EIDE controller, where 2.5 had no trouble at all. I've
twiddled all manner of BIOS settings related to the drive and the controller
to no avail. And I've tried both floppy26.fs and floppyB26.fs.

I've attached the contents of /kern/msgbuf from both the 2.5 and 2.6 boot
disks, in hopes that someone might spot something and have a suggestion or
two. Any insight would be most welcome, as it's kind of tricky to install
when you can't see wd0 :)
