Newbie question! Missing libintl...

Hi,

I'm trying to install ncftp (from the 2.6 CD) with pkg_add. It
installs ok, but when I try to run it, I get the following error:

/usr/libexec/ld.so: ncftp: libintl.so.1.0: No such file or directory

Ok, ok, I'm new to the whole BSD thing... so, is this some sort of
libpath problem, or is the lib really missing? If so, where do I get
it? This was a vanilla install of OpenBSD.

In a similar vein, I'm also trying to get emacs going. It complains
about a missing libXaw. I don't have X installed... is there something
I need to do/install to make emacs work in console mode?

Thanks for any light you can shed!
