How's the quality with gogo compared to Bladeenc?

I'm looking to convert all my CDs to MP3, but I'm not concerned about the
time factor at all, only the quality of the finished files.  I'll probably
encode at 192, or 256 (i've enough HD space and blank CDs that file size
sits behind quality as a main concern), so I'm wondering if speed diverges
with quality the farther you go up the encoding scale...
