Hi,

i just got an old IBM thinkpad 701c up and running as a bridge with two
10/100 Linksys Etherfast pcmcia cards. 

I have to say, the bridging stuff is really really neat. Thank you to
whoever helped work on that. 

The box tends to be able to push around 480ksec with a small set of ipf
rules. 

i keep getting this however, 

Apr  3 11:00:32 filter /bsd: ne3: warning - receiver ring buffer overrun
Apr  3 11:01:16 filter /bsd: ne4: remote transmit DMA failed to complete

Im thinking this is probobly attributable to the poor hardware, and the fact 
that this box is only 25mhz. It was probobly never meant to handle two
ethernet cards. Still, this has me kind of worried, because it keeps on
doing this for 10-15 minutes until i get the 0xdeadbeef freelist problems.

Am i just being stupid for trying to do this in the first place? :) or are
there some things i can do to help?
