Re: Serial port mis-detected?

I built a new kernel with the pre-processor variable "notyet"
undefined in pccom.c. The kernel then detected that port as a 16550A,
but still wouldn't run 115.2Kbps reliably.

Until I change the hardware, I'll move the fast serial port back to the
Linux gateway.

I had intended to re-structure my home firewall thus:

World <-> OpenBSD <-> Linux (w/Squid & Junkbuster & mail handling) <->
internal hosts

But OpenBSD on this little 486DX/33 together with this serial board
apparently won't perform as well as what I had before.

If I move to some ISP connection where I use another Ethernet card, I
may have another go at OpenBSD as a part of my firewall.
