I tried applying this fix manually by adding the filename to PLIST.

However - after 'make install' I get an error due to the absence of a
mutt_dotlock file. Where can I get this file?

I considered the CVS option, but after reading the man page I'm not at
all sure I could string together the correct command to update my ports
tree to the correct date.
