configuring ftpd for upload

Hello all,

I'm sorry if this seems a silly question but I'm trying to configure an
OpenBSD 2.7 box for Anonymous FTP. I want my anonymous users to be able
to:
-retrieve files from the pub directory
-store files on upload directory without being able to delete the
directory or delete previously stored files

I searched on the net and found an old wu-ftpd howto that sets the perms
like this
drwx-wx-wt   root   nobody   upload
dr-xr-xr-x     root   ftp   pub

Is this setting correct? I've read thru the ftpd manpage but there is no
example of doing this.
