Thanks Marc. But what I need is to be able to update to the version of
the ports tree that is just prior to when it began tracking -current.
I am tracking -stable (patch branch, whatever) in /usr/src, and am
under the impression that I will break my system if I update my
usr/ports tree to "today's" version.
I think there's a [-D] option in cvs to set the date, but after reading
the man page & recalling my earlier confusion with cvs I was concerned
I'd hose my ports tree if I didn't get this _exactly_ right. In other
words, I don't know shit from butterbeans about cvs yet... I'm trying
to learn, but it's not a simple creature.
Thanks for your help,
