So is this rarely available IA-64 cisc or risc, or a
middle-of-the-roader? I hope it would not give the porting
committers, whoever they may be, major headaches if it becomes
popular, ever.  And were thoes fast cpus often for slow,
inefficient, and possible broken OSes initially?  Hmmm...
