I also have it running, but wanted to add one more caveat - it doesn't
seem to work correctly with ghostscript 5.50 as supplied in the
pre-built packages, I had to build ghostscript 6.0x in the ports tree to
get it to work correctly.  

I never tracked down exactly what the issue was - ghostscript 5.50 would
just crunch endlessly on the ps file.
