OpenBSD and NT

I have two hard drives in my system. The first has NT on it and I would like
to use the NT bootloader.

I have the following slices on my second hard drive:

/dev/rsd1a	/
/dev/rsd1b	swap
/dev/rsd1c	unused
/dev/rsd1d	/var
/dev/rsd1e	/tmp
/dev/rsd1f	/home
/dev/rsd1g	/usr

after the installation I did the following:

dd if=/dev/rsd1c of=openbsd.pbr bs=512 count=1

I then took the openbsd.pbr and copied it over to floppy, rebooted and added
the following to boot.ini:

C:\openbsd.pbr = "OpenBSD 2.7"

When I reboot and the NT bootloader comes up it shows the OpenBSD entry,
however when I try to boot OpenBSD
All I get is the NT bootloader screen again. Any ideas?
