FLAME ME PRIVATELY

OK I know I caused a lot of flames and was very insulting myself but people 
still want to get work done.  SO from now on if your gonna flame me or 
anyone for the matter do it privately.

Even if your just saying I need more details or include this and that why 
don't we do it privately.  If you DO answer the question or give straight 
advice or help then post that to the list.  This way only advice and answers 
get posted to the list while less useful stuff only goes to the person who 
it is intended for.
