On the OpenBSD box, I would set a network route for your local machines,
and the ISP as the default route. On the other boxes, I would set a
network route for the local machines, and the OpenBSD box as the default
route.
If this doesn't fix the situation, perhaps you should repost with a copy
of your routing table, your hostname.* files, and we'll see what we can
do.
