Alfred, I'm not sure what sort of information you are after. I rather
enjoyed reading Bach's Design Of The Unix Operating System -- 14 years
old, and many things have changed -- but some things haven't. Of course,
it doesn't contrast anything with MS, because MS was nowhere close to
Unix at the time.
But then, if you aren't after internal workings of the thing (ie, you
want information on administrating or on performance issues), or you are
after something to highlight the differences, then please write back
with more details. :)
