I have had a suggestion that I should disable pciide in the kernel, that is
okay with me, what I wonder is if the
new motherboard which I ordered (a BX133 from abit) will have the same
issues? Since the BX
chipset uses a different IDE controller (I think?) than the i810, I am
hoping for more stability.
