"Loyalty" always reminds me on religious attitudes: "my OS is better
than yours"... but that's another story.

In my opinion it always boils down to which OS does your job best.
Then, of course there's a limit reg. how many different platforms you're
willing and able to support.

What I (dealing 90% with HP-UX) think so far is that OpenBSD does a very
good job as router/firewall and/or small dedicated server. If you don't
need SMP or features like logical volume manager, access control lists,
auditing etc. (were Linux folks *try* to get running what actually is
available for HP-UX, Solaris etc. for many years now), OpenBSD will do a
decent and reliable job for you.
