My Dell Latitude CPi something also hangs at times when probing the Neo
chipset. I attributed this to crappy hardware, and was able to get around it
by boot -c'ing and disabling neo and audio.

I haven't been able to find a pattern to indicate a cause of this problem.
Sometimes my machine boots fine, other times it hangs when probing for neo.

I will try the pcibios on my next reboot, and send both dmesgs to the list.
