This requires knowing exactly what it is you want out of your firewall.
There are many conditions to consider -- if your two networks are both
based on using 192.168.0.x, and you want to keep the two seperate in
most cases, then you need NAT.
If one network is using 192.168.0.x and the other is using 10.x.y.z,
then you probably don't need NAT.
If you want to make one or the other of the networks appear on the
internet, but you do not own a large enough netblock to handle all your
hosts, then you need NAT, though whether *this* machine needs NAT is up
for debate. :)
