You should use a fan for the case (besides the
one for the power suply)

Before that, you can test if using the case open
while running those tests and using a fan to it
helps. If so, this is it. Having a big CPU cooler on
a very close case is pointless.

Or you can buy a good server case at ebay/onsale/whatever...
