sftp-server vs sftp/sftpserv

I'm confused.  I have OpenSSH 2.3.0 on OpenBSD 2.7 and wanted
to use the sftp-server feature.  I assumed I needed a client so
I got the sftp package but that has its own server, sftpserv.
What is the openbsd (unix) client for sftp-server?
