Fergus,
check in your /usr/src directory and make sure that the
Makefile is there. If it isn't that probably be your problem. If you copied
the source directly from the cd you may have neglected to copy the Makefile.
make includes is meant to be executed from /usr/src and will recompile ALL
includes
