You can disable that stupid popping console thing by
right clicking on the server's icon, selecting Properties, and
checking "Hide Console". I am quite glad iXplorer exists since it
allows me to eliminate FTP, but still have an easy to use file
transfer system for cli-challenged developers. Also, it uses
SCP and not SFTP, so you can use it against any SSH server.
