Each repository has its own unique CVSROOT. You can more or less
put xBSD's source tree into yBSD's repository with yBSD's CVSROOT,
but this means you loose the module names, change log, and $Keyword$
substitution.

Well, you don't _have_ to, but it's cleaner, easier, and works
better.

Issues to ponder:
- How do you want to serve the source trees out to the client machines?
  CVSup? Public CVS? Public NFS?
- How/where do you want to get the repositories from?
