I have heard that KAME has something built-in to do the traffic shaping,
and I think I have heard that 2.8 comes with this built-in thingy. Check
out the KAME IPv6 webpage. Unfortunately, I forget the name of the thing
(I think it involved a Q, and was written by some people in japan) but
hopefully some poking around will find it. :)
