Well, I wondered... but when I searched for the term "format" using 
apropos, a link (ref) is generated to "format (8)". I assumed that 
meant that there was a man page that talked about formatting.

Has anyone tried the mailing list archives lately? Any search term I've 
tried today nets a "0 results"... hell, I even tried searching on 
"openbsd" and got the same result.
