Hi,
i would ask you the following question:
Do exist in OpenBSD a way to create a batch of new users,
without starting coding in Perl?
For example on Linux, and others Unix-like, exist the commands:
chpasswd(8) and newusers(8). Do it exists in OpenBSD a similar one?
