There is a QCad port in the FreeBSD ports tree. I am not sure how easy
it is to, err, port ports from FreeBSD to OpenBSD these days since
FreeBSD changed port format a few months ago. However, it looks like a
pretty clean compile. Most of the patching in the FreeBSD port is to
make it PREFIX compliant.
