Sorry, do you mean PHP/OpenBSD bugs, or Optimiser/OpenBSD bugs?
I've been going through the OpenBSD related ones and closing them
off in the PHP bugs system. Most of them should be resolved with the
new 4.0.4 release.

I've mailed Zend to ask them to support OpenBSD. It would also help
if other users could do the same. (you can find the form at zend.com,
under 'contact us').
