If it were me, I'd go for the more expensive, less powerful
machine... Nope, thats not sarcasm. 

I figure if your buying from this company, your almost guarenteed no
whacked out or weird problems. No funny little hardware irks, or
instalation problems.  And better yet, if this is a good company you have
someone who'll help you with unforseen problems.
