Tell them hotmail is running with Unix+qmail :)  They're not using 
openbsd...but hey, still unix.  Also check http://www.openbsd.org/users.html

Tell your boss (or whoever is in charge of the decision) to go check bugtraq 
archives and see how many Win2K/IIS bugs are versus Unix/Apache.  That should 
convince them NOT to run IIS in the future.

Also, if I was in your position, I would try to explain to them that the cost 
of upgrading (software/hardware) and fixing bugs with openbsd is much less 
than with Microsoft's products.
