Update:  I had an obvious error in the isakmpd.policy file on the
OpenBSD side.  That fixed, I seem to be doing better.  My setup still
doesn't work because I seem to have some sort of kernel misconfiguration
where ipfwadm is concerned, but with luck I'll be in business once I get
that straightened out.
