Sigh, help wanted

Sigh, I've been totally swamped.  I'd love it if someone would help me
catch up on updating the plus.html file; it has lagged significantly
since 2.8 was released.  Basically, if someone could sit down and try
to follow the same style of annotation, basing the entries on the
stuff in CVSROOT/ChangeLog, that would be great.  Try to be in order,
and match the stable/errata entries properly to new stuff.  I'll check
over it, of course.  Mailing in smaller chunks of it is easier,
probably.

See if you can invent a way so that no more than one of you volunteers
for this ;-)
