The 'openssl' command will help you with this. The manual pages for
OpenSSL are still leaving a lot to be desired, but I suspect you can find
most if not all you need just by the output of 'openssl pkcs12 -h'.

I've used just this to import OpenSSL generated cert + key into PGPNet.
