The cdrecord port is kind of busted. Actually it's just cdrecord's BSD
support that's busted. Try cdrecord dev=0,1,0 -scanbus. All commands are
required to pass dev= since auto detection of devices is broken. I'm not
sure how accurate information this is because I don't have my CD-RW on my
OpenBSD box right now. Let me know if this helps out at all. I remember I
had to quite a lot of messing around to get it to work.
