Re: netscape and guest account

<^>i would like to limit the launching of netscape to one process/user.
<^>quite normal i believe. let them learn alt-n
make a group called netscape.
chown root.netscape `which netscape`	(assuming you run bash)
chmod o-rwx `which netscape`

and now stuff your user in group netscape.

<^>i have a user `guest', which can login twice because
<^>of the server and an X terminal to the server
<^>(the user guest defined at the server).
You could start making restrictions to the shell with (u)limit.
Like max process and stuff.

<^>so netscape can be run twice, BUT once for each.
Simpel scripting could be the key your looking for.
Look and see if a netscape is running. Depending on that result continue.

netscape can be crash happy. If you start scripting. Be aware of the
possiblity that netscape might crash and may appear running.

<^>share your ideas with me please.
Nah..
