PPP: linkdown question

Hi,

I am trying to configure ppp (ppp.conf) to enable my phone to be diverted
while I am on the internet.

To divert my phone to my cell phone, I first dial a special number,
hangup, then dial my ISP's phone number. To undivert my phone once I am
off the internet, I have to dial another special number, then hang up.

The first part (diverting my phone prior to dialing the ISP) is easy. I
can include the diversion code as a prefix to my ISP's phone number,
followed by a '!', then the ISP phone number (eg 062!4376542).

What I don't know how to do is to get the modem to dial a number once the
PPP link goes down, then hang up (that will allow me to undivert the
phone). I suppose I have top put something into the linkdown file ...

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help,
