Note that ctm should be back in business... instead of the SRC stuff, grab
the CVS stuff, so that you'll have the whole repository... Or
alternatively, sup access or rsync access exist as well.
You need roughly 1GB of diskspace for the whole of OpenBSD.

About cvs: nothing that prevents you from setting your own repo and
experimenting with it.
