Mysticism. Can't compile a new kernel.

Hi all.

I have only 3 servers. There were they on 2.8, first two I have installed on
current without problems. And with last has happened some kind of mysticism.
I Have taken src from anoncvs.openbsd.ru and has made the following:

rm -rf /usr/obj && mkdir /usr/obj && cd /usr/src && make obj
cd /usr/src/sys/arch/i386/conf && config WHEEL
cd ../compile/WHEEL && make depend

mkdir -p /usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/WHEEL/lib/kern
echo: Is a directory
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/WHEEL (line 48 of
/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/
compile/WHEEL/../../../../lib/libkern/Makefile.inc).

I've tried GENERIC - still such problem. Has then thought, something can
from config, i've tried:
cd /usr/src/usr.sbin/config && make obj && make depend && make && make
install

Still nothing. After unsuccessful attempts I has decided to take a kernel
from working machine (2.9-current). After rebooting with that kernel I've
tried:
cd /usr/src && make build
...
preparing in /usr/src/include/../lib/libssl
cp: Is a directory
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/lib/libssl (line 561 of
/usr/src/lib/libssl/Makefile.bsd-wrapper).
*** Error code 1

While at all I do not know where to dig. I hope, somebody will help to
understand what's wrong. Once again - I did all as well as by other
machines - there is no problems. 2.8 stood on other machines identical :)

P.s. Also I've tried to get src from anoncvs1.ca.openbsd.org:/cvs.
